1 – Help for a Double Chin: Sit upright in a chair and tilt your head back looking at the ceiling, keeping your lips closed and relaxed. Start by puckering your lips together like you are going to kiss someone, stretch to kiss like you want to kiss the ceiling. Keep your lips in this position and count slowly to 15.
