Do you find that as you age you have lost elasticity and tone in your face? Here are some wonderful exercises to firm and tone the muscles in your face and neck and give you back your youthful appearance.
1 - Help for a Double Chin: Sit upright in a chair and tilt your head back looking at the ceiling, keeping your lips closed and relaxed. Start by puckering your lips together like you are going to kiss someone, stretch to kiss like you want to kiss the ceiling. Keep your lips in this position and count slowly to 15. Now relax, slowly bringing your head back to its normal position. Repeat this 5 times.
2 - Firm and Lift your Cheeks and Corner of your Mouth: Turn the corners of your mouth upwards in a big smile as far as they will go. Try to make your smile as wide and as big as possible while bobbing your head down. Hold this position for a slow count of 5. Now slowly return your mouth and head to their normal position. Repeat this 5 times.
3 - Firm Sagging Jowls: Close your mouth and clench your back teeth tightly. Open your mouth as you slowly release the clench. Now, slowly bring your lower jaw up again until your back teeth once again meet, and bite down hard, then return your mouth to its natural relaxed position. Repeat this exercise 10 times.
